Shipping Policy

P. Taylor Clothing ships anywhere in the U.S. and Canada.

Orders for in-stock items will ship within three (3) business days. Orders placed after 2:00pm Pacific time may not be processed until the next business day.

All orders will be shipped via FedEx Ground unless otherwise requested.

Returns Policy

Please contact us within 3 business days of receiving your order. Items must be returned with a return authorization number (RA), and may not be returned if they have been worn or used.

How to Return an Item:

1. Call our Customer Service department at 323.533.1723 Monday-Friday, 9:00am-4:00pm Pacific Time or e-mail us at customerservice@ptaylorclothing.com for a Return Authorization Number.

2. Please place the Return Authorization form inside the original box with the items to be returned. Repackage the items and ship the box to:

3. We will e-mail you when the package has arrived, and immediately process a request to credit your card or send you another item, at your request. If you are returning your merchandise for credit due, we will issue you the full credit due back to you according to the original form of payment.

Please allow 1-2 billing cycles for the credit to appear on your credit card statement. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
